NOTICE-3 REFUND NOTICE (Dated 15th October 2014)

 



NIC is starting the process of refund of the fees deposited for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) where the DSCs could not been issued.

Users, who have submitted the DSC form after 1st April 2014 and could not receive DSC, are requested to contact for refund to respective RAs where the form was submitted along with the request for refund form. Download link given below. The refund requests will be accepted till 15th November 2014. No requests for refund will be entertained after this date.

Users seeking for refund of DSC fee as stated above are therefore requested to please submit the request for refund, before 15th November 2014.
